Challenge
In Switzerland there are 3 main languages, German, French and Italian. The news and blog sections of Pharmapro.ch are also available in 3 languages. To gain productivity Pharmapro.ch realizes an interview with a specialist (e.g. scientist) in English. Then all the interview is translated in German, French and Italian.
Start with a Media goal
Set the rhythm before writing the first question: a monthly German blog for Pharmapro.ch. Keep the media outlet, interviewer, question template and series together, and document progress month by month.
Document the people contacted, know who accepts to answer to the questions for the interview.
Find guest (interviewee). Send her or him the questions. Use or not a Template.
Once a guest or interviewee accepts, create their interview and reuse the saved German question template. No need to start from a blank page every month.
